Your First Visit
We’re always welcoming new patients of all ages to our Austin dental practice. Please download, print, and complete our new patient forms before your first visit to expedite the paperwork upon your arrival. Adobe Acrobat is needed to download these forms.
For those joining our family of patients, it may seem out of the ordinary to be scheduled for a 2-hour new patient visit with Dr. Lounsberry and one of our hygienists. This time is reserved especially for you to ensure that you receive a thorough dental examination, cleaning, and consultation with us. We look forward to getting to know you and your family, and to discussing your oral health and desires for your smile.
Appointment Scheduling Online
We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting, and we ask you to arrive for appointments as scheduled, too. We understand that our patients are busy, and your time is valuable to us. For your convenience, we have added an online scheduler to our website where you can choose up to three appointment times that would work well for you. We always do our best to accommodate your scheduling requests!
Please call us (not email) at least two business days in advance for changed appointments. Also, please note that we occasionally need to deviate from our schedule for a dental emergency that needs to be taken care of immediately.

We want to help remove financial barriers so our patients and their families can get the dental treatment they need and desire. We accept cash, checks, debit and most major credit cards, along with Health Savings and Flexible Spending plans. Contact us about your dental insurance plan. We are here to help you maximize your dental benefits for your best interest and optimal dental health! Also, we have flexible financing options, as well, so we can work with you to find a payment solution that will fit your budget. Our front office staff will assist you in applying for any dental payment plan.
