For those who are joining our family of patients, it might seem out of the ordinary to be scheduled for a 2-hour new patient visit with your dentist and hygienist. This time is reserved especially for you to ensure that you can receive a thorough dental examination and consultation with either Dr. Lounsberry or Dr. Koen and one of our hygienists. We look forward to getting to know you and your family, and to talking with you about your oral health and expectations for your smile. Our goal is not only to take care of our patients’ dental needs, but also to get to know each person by name and treat them like we’d want our own family to be treated. We look forward to seeing you smile!
Scheduling
We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting, and we ask you to arrive for your appointments on time as well. We understand that you are busy, and your time is valuable to us. Our doctors only deviate from their schedules in the event of dental emergencies that need to be taken care of immediately.
Once we have decided on a treatment plan and have worked out financial arrangements, we will do everything we can to proceed with your dental treatment on a schedule that works for you, whether that be soon or at a slower pace. We want to accommodate your needs.
Please call at least two business days in advance for changed appointments. We want to work with you to schedule convenient appointment times for your visits to our office.
Payment Options
Our goal is to help remove financial barriers so our patients can get the dental care they need and desire. We accept cash, checks, debit and most major credit cards. We also offer flexible financing through CareCredit® and Wells Fargo Health Advantage® (see below), because we understand that monthly payments can help our patients fit the cost of dental treatment into their budgets.
CareCredit® Financing
We offer financing through CareCredit® for those who qualify. With CareCredit, you can finance 100% of your dental treatment and there are no upfront costs, no annual fees, and no pre-payment penalties. CareCredit offers a full range of payment plans, so you can find one that works wells for you. CareCredit also allows for revolving payments with a variable interest rate and up to 18 months of 0% interest.
